What is E.F.T? – Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an alternative therapy based on Chinese Medicine, similar to acupuncture but without the needles, EFT uses the Meridian Points to restore and rebalance the body’s energy system.

Rather than needles E.F.T uses fingertip tapping on the Meridian  Points to send signals to the brain which helps reduce stress and negative emotions.

It has been used effectively to treat veterans suffering with P.T.S.D significantly reducing their psychological stress to the point that more than fifty percent of participants in a study were no longer fitting the P.T.S.D criteria after one month of EFT coaching sessions.

E.F.T has proven to significantly reduce the effects of anxiety and psychological stress compared to other forms of care.
